Becky Woods
ICF Accredited Executive Coach supporting
Legal Professionals
I am a highly experienced IP lawyer having trained and qualified at DLA Piper before transitioning into various senior in-house legal and consultancy roles spanning a 20+ year career in law.
As the mother of two primary aged children, I understand the juggle and demands on working parents. My son has autism and ADHD (which was one factor in my change of career trajectory). As a result, I have a keen interest in neurodiversity and forever champion its acceptance in the workplace and society. I also recognise the need for flexible, understanding and supportive employers. Through my work, I've experience of coaching neurodiverse clients and love supporting carers of those with additional needs.

I am Parent Governor of my children's Primary School. In my spare time, I can be found pedalling away on my Peloton bike, at a Pilates class or on a walk with a good coffee in hand. My other loves are all things interiors; gardening; and supporting Crystal Palace FC!

My happy place is in my garden, being with my family, or somewhere in the Austrian alps!
